The use of water during ongoing boiler operation is a matter of trust!

For over 20 years, we have successfully cleaned the empty circuits of boiler plants using the impact plate nozzle of our SARA24. Unlike other spray cleaning systems, damage to the heating surfaces is physically impossible.

Our SARA24 water spray system is used for cleaning empty circuits in fossil and biomass-fired steam boilers, in the area of the combustion chamber, and the second and third circuits.

During operation, a flexible stainless steel hose with a special nozzle is lowered into the boiler circuit through one or more connections in the boiler ceiling. The hose is controlled in all parameters by means of a drive/roll unit.

The special nozzle creates a water spray curtain and evenly distributes it over all surfaces of the boiler area to be cleaned, such as membrane walls and ceilings, evaporator grids, and baffles. The nozzle cleans the radiation circuit heating surfaces selectively and effectively with minimal water entry.
