Blasting is a matter of trust!

Optimizing or supplementing an existing cleaning system usually takes time.

Often, however, the operator needs short-term assistance to extend the runtime of their plant.

Here, too, we can help! We have developed a new system for online blasting cleaning, which we have been offering and executing since 2017 with our subsidiary, Salzgitter Energy Services GmbH.

Salzgitter Energy Services GmbH has official approval as a blasting company, and our experienced blasting masters (authorized blasters) have the required training for blasting in hot masses.

The necessary cooling of the blasting charge during blasting is done by specially developed, patented cooling systems.

What’s new?

The SMART Shot System does not use conventional explosives, which could destroy the boiler tubes due to its high explosion speed.

The gentle SMART Shot System uses a pyrotechnic charge with a low explosion speed and higher gas volume. And it’s more effective than conventional blasting methods!

Comparative blasting tests have shown that, compared to conventional blasting with detonating cord in aluminum tubes, only about 30% of the blasts are necessary. According to customer reports, only about 20% of blasts are necessary compared to blasting with gas balloons.

The SMART Shot System is patented and approved by authorities. It was developed in collaboration with the relevant authorities.

Legally, it is not classified as blasting and can therefore be carried out immediately without a blasting notification.

Due to this classification and the gentle cleaning, the system is also favored by customers who have already incurred damage from conventional explosives or for whom the use of explosives is not covered by insurance.
